Lecturer Position


The Leadership Program at the Wharton School seeks to hire part-time and full-time lecturers for the fall 2015 and spring 2016 semesters to teach Management 100, Leadership and Communication in Groups. MGMT 100 is the foundation leadership, teamwork, and communication course that all Wharton undergraduates take.

Candidates are expected to have a deep knowledge of Organizational Behavior or a related field. As excellence in teaching is the primary criteria for this position, applicants must have outstanding communication skills. Applicants must have a degree from an accredited institution. Ph.D. is preferred; Master’s degree, required.

Note that lecturers are not eligible for tenure, and do not have voting rights in the department or the school. The position may be renewed based upon the needs of the department.
