Brook Jiang is a PhD candidate studying how emerging technologies reshape the way employees perceive and relate to one another. Her work examines the interpersonal and collective consequences of implementing robots and AI in the workplace.

Brook received a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
