Anoop Menon is interested in exploring the role of cognition in strategy and strategic decision making. He studies the processes by which strategic leaders interpret business situations, search for courses of action, foresee the consequences of different choices, and make strategic decisions. In order to do this, he integrates findings and techniques from various disciplines including cognitive neuroscience, psychology, artificial intelligence, and behavioral economics, into models of strategic decision making and strategic interactions.
