Wendy Ham is a fourth-year doctoral student in the Management Department. Her research interests lie at the intersection of organizational learning, technological innovation, and complex systems.
Prior to attending Wharton, Wendy studied molecular biology at MIT and co-developed an interdisciplinary case-based simulation program for medical students at Harvard. She is originally from Jakarta, Indonesia.
