Martine Haas
Associate Professor


Professor Martine Haas received her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Harvard University, an M.A. in International Relations from Yale University, and a B.A. in Human Sciences from Oxford University (New College). She is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. Previously, she served as an assistant professor at Cornell University’s School of Industrial & Labor Relations, and as a visiting professor at London Business School. Prior to her academic career, she worked at McKinsey & Company and at the international aid agency Oxfam.
