Recent Consulting

Work/life integration and leadership development in various organizations domestically and internationally, including for the White House and the United Nations. Named by Working Mother as a "champion of working parents" -- one of the 25 most influential men in America on improving life for working families.

Wharton: 1984-present (Founding Director, Work/Life Integration Project, 1991-present; Founding Director, Wharton Leadership Program, 1992-1999; Director, Academic Affairs, Undergraduate Division, 1991-92). Visiting appointments: University of Michigan; Helsinki School of Economics.
